ScalaDL is an internal DSL inside Scala and it is currently distributed as a library file (jar) to be used with Scala. The only requirement for it's use is the latest version of Scala, but it is highly recommended to use a Scala IDE. Intellij is currently the best available but the eclipse plugin is improving. 

This is a relatively early release for this project so there are going to be some bugs as well as some API changes (potentially extensive). Please contact me at andy@simplifide.com for any issues or comments.

Scala

The only requirements for this project are a working version of Scala (2.9 or greater).  Scala can be downloaded and installed at 

http://www.scala-lang.org/
 
It is recommended to use a Scala IDE as well though. There are a few choices related to this, but the recommended choice is Intellij.
